Investigating
As a result of the outage of a 3rd-party service, new users and existing users needing to reset their accounts are unable to set up their accounts and login if their accounts require using MFA. This outage is expected to be temporary.

Other than those described above, existing users are not affected and existing MFA is operating and not affected.

We will keep this incident updated as new information is available.
