A USM Anywhere service update is planned for Monday July 13 2026.

Customers are scheduled to be updated at the following times:
- APAC -> 1300-1600 UTC
- EMEA -> 1830-2230 UTC
- AMER -> 0600-1200 UTC (Tuesday July 14 2026)

In some circumstances, upgrades may be run over several days and you will receive separate notifications before each region is updated.

During the update window, your service may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.

Identified - We are aware of a potential issue with Sensors offline, if you have been impacted and have not done so pls raise a case at the Success Center https://success.levelblue.com. Or email us at customercaresupport@levelblue.com with the details. We will provide the Support Case Number and the applicable steps required to resolve the Sensor Outage after an assessment.
