We have resolved the incident that had impacted the normal operations of the AlienVault Agent for a limited number of customers. At this time, the agent should be operating as expected. We have notified those affected customers by email.

We have received reports of some customers experiencing connection issues with newly deployed AlienVault Agents as well as disconnected Agents being unable to reconnect. Our technical staff is investigating the cause. If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us at success.alienvault.com.
