The migration of sensors for customers in the APAC region will begin in 1 hour.

The maintenance window will last up to 5 hours. During this time, your sensors will be updated, and each one may be temporarily unavailable for up to 1 hour.

You may notice brief interruptions in connectivity while the process is taking place. This is expected, and normal operation will resume automatically once the update is complete.

Any data generated during this time will be safely stored and sent once the migration has finished.
