The USM Anywhere service update for customers in the APAC region will commence 1 hour from now.
Service update window is 3 hours. All customers in APAC are planned to be updated during this time period. Your service may be unavailable for up to 15 minutes during this period whilst it is being updated.
Once your USM Anywhere service has updated, your sensors will be automatically updated to the latest version. Depending on network speeds, this may take some time.
Sensors may temporarily lose connectivity to your USM Anywhere service and will reconnect once the update has completed.
During the sensor update, data will be cached on the sensor's storage volume and forwarded to your USM Anywhere service when update completes.
